After 22 years in real estate, Roland can certainly lay claim to being a local expert.
Since moving to inner city real estate in 1992, Roland has managed the sale of residential, development, commercial and light industrial properties. He’s sold from Croydon to Flemington; from Toorak to Coburg.
Having lived in Clifton Hill for over 15 years, he can truly appreciate the benefits of local living and the unique lifestyle that the inner north offers. Roland’s forthright, honest and sincere approach is well appreciated by his long list of satisfied clients. It’s no accident that 76% of Roland’s business is repeat or referral based. There is however, more to Roland than half a billion dollars’ worth of property sales.
Having taken a hands-on approach to renovating three period homes, Roland is very familiar with renovation process and often is asked for guidance by his clients. He has also been fortunate enough to represent some of the district’s very finest homes.
When he isn’t indulging in home renovating or playing around in his tool shed with his kids, Roland loves tending to his ever-expanding family – which, at last count included a wife, sons 13, 8 and 4, a dog and two guinea pigs! Roland has never been more motivated for success!
