A truly invaluable member of the Nelson Alexander family, Katia Materazzo has gone from strength to strength since joining our rental department some years ago.
Starting out as an Assistant Business Development Manager, Katia has gone on to excel in every facet of property management including Leasing Consultant, Portfolio Manager, and now Department Manager.
Add to this the 2018 Sue Van Der Linden Property Management Award and it’s easy to see why Katia is so well respected by her clients and colleagues alike.
Diligent, focused and committed, Katia Materazzo continues to deliver her clients the very best in customer service, as well as providing leadership to one of the largest rental departments in the area encompassing our Essendon, Ascot Vale and Flemington offices.
Away from work, Katia loves catching up with family and friends, exploring our wonderful local food scene, or heading to her favourite out-of-town place – the Mornington Peninsula.
