After moving to Melbourne from country Victoria, Kate McErvale made her first foray into real estate while at university. She quickly moved from reception into property management; now with a decade of experience under her belt, she’s well known for her honest and effective communication style.
Kate’s favourite part of the job is the versatility she enjoys working closely with clients and building productive, long term relationships – she’s worked with some of her clients at Nelson Alexander for ten years.
Kate is passionate about the local area, particularly the shops on Brunswick Street and the Edinburgh Gardens.
After hours, Kate’s most likely to be found socialising, eating out, curled up with a good book or barracking for Geelong at the football.
