Guy Besley

Drawing on an accomplished background of career successes and outstanding management skills, Guy Besley comes to the Nelson Alexander team with a world of experience under his belt along with a genuine passion for all things real estate.

Growing up in North Balwyn and going to school in Hawthorn, Guy is a genuine inner-east local, although his career journey saw him residing interstate for many years.

An early career in stockbroking was superseded by a move to the tourism sector where Guy owned and operated a successful property management company in Port Douglas with a portfolio exceeding 200 holiday apartments.

Whether stocks or apartments, the common thread throughout Guy Besley’s career has been the successful management of people’s assets.

Married and now happily residing in Surrey Hills, Guy loves the great outdoors and is a dab hand in the kitchen (according to Guy!).
