Grant Gifford started out in real estate at 20; now he’s heading up the department where he first began his career, at a company he says has always felt like home.
His interest in real estate started young; Grant remembers being impressed by the real estate agents he saw coming to value his parent’s home. A landlord himself, Grant has a genuine understanding of the challenges and rewards of property investment, something appreciated by his clients.
Grant draws tremendous satisfaction from seeing deals successfully made and ensuring that the process is a great experience for the client. As the head of the Fitzroy property management department, he’s focused on assisting young portfolio managers to learn and grow like he once did.
Grant keeps busy away from the office; you might spot him jet-skiing, holidaying on the Mornington Peninsula or snow skiing at Mt Buller with his family.
