Born and raised in New York, David Sanguinedo began his career as a paramedic. “As a paramedic, I was responsible for people’s lives – now I’m responsible for their prize possessions. I take that seriously and want the best outcome for every stakeholder,” David explains.
David is known for being honest, ethical and a big believer in transparent communication throughout the sales process. “I know what it’s like to work your way up from the bottom, and I’m glad that I have,” David says. “No matter the situation, I make it a point to see things from the other person’s point of view.”
David relishes interacting with clients from all walks of life and assisting them during the exciting and sometimes overwhelming process of selling or buying a home.
After hours, David can be found spending time with his young family and staying active with mountain bike riding, hiking and crossfit.
