With strong individual attributes, Annalise is perhaps ironically the ultimate team member of the Ivanhoe sales group; her hard-working ethic and riotous laugh galvanise those around her and clients have confidence that a young professional such as Annalise has the education, training and local experience to back up her natural charisma.
Success in real estate often comes down to personality and determination; things you cannot teach. “Annalise has such a positive attitude,” says Geoff who recently sold through Annalise. “She communicated feedback from buyers, both good and bad, and said it was her job to get the best price for my property – and that’s what happened.”
Born and bred in Ivanhoe, Anna speaks eloquently about the area’s features in her kerbside preamble most Saturdays. She is one of a growing number of established female Auctioneers across Melbourne and a previous REIV competition State Finalist.
She has an Honours degree in Industrial Design, combining structural engineering expertise with aesthetic design principles; invaluable skills in the property industry and a distinct point of difference from her competitors.
