Nelson Alexander COVID-19 Update

Over the last few weeks Nelson Alexander has been busy working on and implementing our plan as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

We are committed to playing a responsible role, minimising the impact by providing a safe environment for our clients, wider community and our team.

We are operating, open for business and expecting to continue to deliver the highest level of real estate services to our clients, tenants, prospective buyers and vendors.

We’re still meeting 1000’s of buyers and tenants each week, listing new properties for sale and lease and facilitating every aspect of property management as we always have. We have nearly 400 auctions booked (and adding to this daily) with most of these marketing campaigns underway and we’re looking to exceed the expectations of our current vendors.

We are though, operating a little differently.

We have health notices at our offices and open for inspections along with hand sanitiser and gloves where available. We will not be greeting you with a hand shake, we’re swapping face to face meetings with video conferences and our phones are being used more than ever.

Some of our team are now working from home as they have either returned from overseas and under self-isolation or as part of our Business Continuity Plan. We’re poised and ready to deploy more of our team to work from home if need be but for now, it’s very much business as usual.

We are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 progression and advisements through the World Health Organisation and the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria. Our aim is to ensure disruption is minimal for our clients and customers and the health, safety and wellbeing of all is at the forefront.
