Setting the Rent

One of the first services we’ll provide is appraising your investment property to determine the amount of rental income you can realistically expect to achieve. Tenant Selection

It’s simple: we will not enter into a tenancy agreement with anyone who doesn’t meet Nelson Alexander’s stringent criteria and we select a tenant in consultation with you. We’ve worked hard to earn our reputation for providing our landlords with excellent tenants. We guard it jealously.
